Patient Portal

Manage your health and medical records online with MyBILH Chart

Your Patient Portal

Beginning June 1, 2024, Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) introduced a new patient portal called MyBILH Chart along with a new electronic health record called Epic. Over the next two years, this enhanced and secure patient portal will bring together health records from all BILH providers and locations, so you can more easily manage every aspect of your care.

Learn more about this transition.

If you’re a patient at Joslin Diabetes Center, you can now easily access your health and medical records 24/7 through MyBILH Chart.

With a MyBILH Chart account you can:

  • Message with your doctor’s office and care team
  • Review test results
  • View your provider’s notes and visit summaries
  • Access your health information
  • Manage your appointments
  • Request prescription refills
  • Pay your bill
  • Complete check in before your appointment

Register for MyBILH Chart

The easiest way to create a MyBILH Chart account is to use the MyChart activation code that is available to you in one of these ways:

  • During an in-person office visit with a primary or specialty care provider
  • Printed on your after-visit summary
  • Printed on your billing statement

Once you receive an Activation Code, visit MyBILH Chart to register for your online patient portal account.

If you do not have an activation code, you can follow the instructions to sign up without one.

If you already have a My Lahey Chart, you do not have to register for a new account. Simply log in to MyBILH Chart using your existing My Lahey Chart login information.

NextGen Patient Portal Users

As of June 1, 2024, the NextGen Patient Portal is being retired. This patient portal will be available as read only for a period of time. Please use MyBILH Chart to access your health information going forward.
